To celebrate David Bowie’s 75th birthday and legacy the Swedish artist Di Leva releases a brilliant cover of Bowie’s epic song “Heroes”, one of the most beloved and important songs of our time, filled with positive energy. Di Leva’s cover of the song stays true to the dramatic original version, although through a “modern visionary lens”. His version of “Heroes” brings new light to the message of freedom and love, more urgent than ever in today’s world of global challenges, conflict, and segregation.

In 2018 Di Leva created and starred in a bestselling show based on the life of the late David Bowie, one of his most important sources of artistic inspiration as a teenager. After the first performances of the tribute show in Stockholm – featuring classic Bowie songs and personal favorites such as “Heroes”, Space Oddity, Life On Mars, and StarmanDi Leva still tours with his successful and sold-out show all over Sweden.
