The day has finally arrived for captivatingly diverse musician dj poolboi to share his long-anticipated album stay just a little while longer via Unbelievably Spectacular. ‘motions (feat. FLOOR CRY)’ opens the album on a dreamlike note with airy synths and low key indie energy with FLOOR CRY’s emotionally rich vocals.

‘malo okoma (feat. Theresa Ng’ambi)’ continues the minimal direction with an afro house element incorporated into this electronic masterpiece with enticing vocals from Zambian singer Theresa. This is not the first time the producer has incorporated foreign languages into his work, he also does so with French singer Clio on his track ‘la nuit n’en finit plus’ which pays homage to the original classic by Petula Clark.

Unheard gem ‘felt like we were in heaven’ leaves the listener feeling like they are standing at deities like Anubis’s feet with its transcending and otherworldly synth-drenched ambience. One certainly feels like they are in another dimension listening to this light and ethereal track.

Album title track ‘stay just a little while longer’ ends the album on an ambient note with a  strikingly minimal piano solo. Not what we were initially expecting, we appreciate this soothing track that wraps up this body of emotionally rich work with an elegant flair.
