Bloom Twins, Scissor sisters,

Our favourite duo Bloom Twins return once more on cheerful track

It’s difficult to deny the magnetic draw of Bloom Twins and their music. The duo seems to have a knack for finding themselves alongside mega names in the industry such as Diplo, Zhu and Elderbrook – just for starters. More recently, we were visited with the release of a collaboration between the duo and Jan Bomqvist himself, which earned a remix from the renowned SOFI TUKKER duo.  For the curious, you can grab High On Beat here.

Now we’re not going to say we’ve been closely following the duo (cough, cough, maybe) because that would be creepy. What we are going to say is that there was a little dance that was done when we learnt about the duo and their latest collaborative effort. Enter none other than Purple Disco Machine and his latest LP, Exotica, released today via Sweat It Out. It’s worth noting that other major names appear alongside Bloom Twins on the LP, including Moss Kena, House Gospel Choir and Sophie and the Giants. Even with those major names, you can guess our favourite track with its oozing good vibes and irresistible youthful charm.

Stream / Download: ‘Opposite Of Crazy’ feat. Bloom Twins

The two said it best when they shared the track on their socials: “‘Opposite of Crazy’ is out now and it’s the coolest blend of alt dark synth pop, with quirky and boisterous squalls of Prince-esque guitar throughout. Pump it up in your car to work, in your earphones on the train or even on your boombox and everything will seem less crazy or just the right kind of crazy.”
