Award-winning singer/songwriter Sofia Evangelina has just released her latest song ‘Get Outta My Head’ via Tsarina Records. The song offers a true show of what Sofia’s vocal range is capable of. The high notes carry this Mariah Carey-esque range, which leaves your hair standing up on the back of your neck. All in all, the way she lays down her vocals is something you feel.

Sofia explains that she wrote this track during lockdown at the age of 17. She began writing about “how it would feel to fall unwillingly and uncontrollably in love”. She had to delve into her and her loved ones’ past to tell this tale and guide us through this journey.

This song explains how she thought she was independent until someone came along and now that person is all she can think about, all day. She illustrates her sense of frustration as she always knew how to draw the line, but this caught her unexpectedly.
