Firewoodisland and The Satellite Station share indie pop music video

Collaborating between two different continents, musicians Firewoodisland and The Satellite Station have shared the surreal music video for their track ‘Look Through’. Delightfully innovative considering their unique collaboration from afar, the creatives all featured in this latest video combine the song’s theme of feeling isolated emotionally and physically with the use of a mirror portal where the musicians can connect with each other, and also insinuates that this is their only form of communication.

Stream / Download: ‘Look Through’

Previously featured on iGuitar, the publication commented on the single: “‘Look Through’ speaks about trying to keep the last few grains of hope you have from falling when times get tough, and you trying your best to stay grounded despite the fact you are slowly losing your grip on reality. A breathtakingly cohesive and charming indie-pop production style distracts the fact that this track was recorded remotely and simultaneously,…”

Taking unusual circumstances into consideration, Firewoodisland and The Satellite Station did not let this get in their way to collaborate and create a magical track. Now they bring it to life further with this unimaginable music video to top it all off. Although it’s been established that Firewoodisland is a strong indie-pop force, we are still mesmerized by their ability to craft their music around their current state and the world around them.
