Swedish songwriter Land Of Trees has released a new song ‘There’s No Blaming Time’, a record that reveals a difficult aspect of the musician’s journey thus far. He has sat down and reflected on what has been, the moments that have come and gone, and his frustration with grappling with the intangible concept of time. “It’s a fight we cannot win and after all, time is something we have designed on our own,” he tells us.

Major chords keep the feeling of the song light, lifting the subject matter from its sombre undertones and raising the listener’s emotions along with it. Overall, the song is human. It conveys mixed emotions, giving it depth and character. After touching on the sadder side of things, he offers us hope, a solution. “Instead,” he says. “be kinder to yourself and make the coming days, months and years count.”
